- 2 cups dry egg noodles about 8 oz
- 2 cups cooked chicken diced
- 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas or veggie medley
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook egg noodles al dente according to package, drain well.
- In a 2-qt baking dish, mix together the noodles, chicken, soup, milk, frozen veggies and pepper.
- In a small bowl, toss together the cheese, breadcrumbs and melted butter.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole.
- Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Broil 1 minute to brown the topping if desired.
